I am a former Division I track athlete and soon-to-be CSCS as well as Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Certified Trainer. I specialize in working with:
- High school, collegiate, and post-collegiate athletes looking to get better at their sport
- Runners of all ages, speeds, and goals looking to get faster, stronger, and prevent injury
- Pregnant and postpartum women looking to safely train through their pregnancy and/or return to exercise after having a baby
- Anyone with big fitness goals! (Be it to lose weight, get stronger, gain muscle, or just learn how to work out intelligently.)
My personal training philosophy is highly individualized, evidence-based, and person-first. I strive to treat all my clients like I would a close friend or family member, and I’ll work with you and YOUR unique goals, training history, injury history, and preferences to create workouts that get you to where you want to be. I favor functional, compound, athletic movements that encourage everyone to train like an athlete.
