I’m very excited to share that later this year I’ll be accepting 1-on-1 and small group personal training clients for teams and individuals in the East Bay Area of Rhode Island. I’m now opening a waitlist for interested parties!
Right now I’m targeting a December 2020/January 2021 start date. (Note: Waitlist is non-binding and just to gauge interest/keep you informed as I unroll more details.)
I am a former Division I track athlete and soon-to-be CSCS as well as Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Certified Trainer. I specialize in working with:
- High school, collegiate, and post-collegiate athletes looking to get better at their sport
- Runners of all ages, speeds, and goals looking to get faster, stronger, and prevent injury
- Pregnant and postpartum women looking to safely train through their pregnancy and/or return to exercise after having a baby
- Anyone with big fitness goals! (Be it to lose weight, get stronger, gain muscle, or just learn how to work out intelligently.) I especially enjoy working with former athletes who might miss the accountability of having a coach or working out with a team, and who want to stay in shape post athletic career.
My personal training philosophy is highly individualized, evidence-based, and person-first. I strive to treat all my clients like I would close friends and/or family, and I’ll work with you and YOUR unique goals, training history, injury history, and preferences to create workouts that get you to where you want to be. I favor functional, compound, athletic movements that encourage everyone to train like an athlete.
